1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Jacek Sieja .DEV, registered at ul. Kuźnicka 8, Ruda Śląska, Poland, VAT ID: PL6342738798 (the "Controller").

2. Scope of collected data

Through the waiting list form we collect the following data:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Role (e.g. installer, designer, interior architect, installation company, supplier)
• Indicated areas of interest (features we ask about during registration)
• Message — if you choose to add one (optional field)

Independently of the form, when you use the website our server logs record technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and the date and time of your visit.

Providing your data is voluntary — it is not a statutory or contractual requirement. Without it, however, we will not be able to add you to the waiting list or contact you.

Phone contact and remote meetings

If you call us or give us your number so that we can call you back, we process that number and what we agree during the call — for example the date of a demo and the topics you want to cover. We do not record phone calls. We don't buy phone numbers or take them from third-party databases — we only call numbers we received from you.

We run demos and remote meetings on Google Meet (a Google Workspace service). During the meeting Google processes the participant's display name and email address, along with the audio and video transmitted while the call lasts. We don't record or transcribe meetings. If you'd rather not use Google Meet, let us know — we'll arrange a phone call or a meeting on another tool.

Contact from ads on Meta services

We also run paid ads on Facebook and Instagram. If you leave your details in a form shown with such an ad, or message us on Messenger, we receive the data you enter in the form or provide in the message — usually first and last name, email address, phone number and the content of the message. This data reaches us through Meta's services, and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited also processes it for its own purposes, as a separate controller, on the terms described in its own privacy policy. We don't use the Facebook pixel or any other Meta tracking tools on the AutomatykDomowy.pl website, and we don't share waiting list addresses with Meta.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your personal data in order to:

• maintain the waiting list for access to the AutomatykDomowy.pl platform,
• inform you about the platform launch and special terms for people on the list,
• communicate about your interest in our service — by email, by phone, through messages on Meta's services and during remote demos,
• keep the website secure (technical data from server logs) and establish, pursue or defend legal claims.

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your voluntary consent, given by filling in and submitting the registration form on the website or a contact form shown with our ad on Meta's services and, in the case of analytics cookies, by accepting them in the banner,
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Controller's legitimate interest in keeping the website secure, in corresponding, speaking by phone and meeting remotely with people interested in the platform, and in establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims.

5. Retention period

Data from the registration form is kept until the platform launches and people from the waiting list have joined, and if you withdraw your consent — until it is withdrawn. Technical data in server logs is kept for the period necessary to keep the website secure, after which it is overwritten or deleted. Data may be kept longer where this follows from the Controller's legal obligations or is necessary to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.

Your phone number, the details from a contact form shown with our ad, and what we agreed during calls, messages and remote meetings are kept while we are in talks about working together and, once those end, until you object — no longer than the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

• right of access to your personal data,
• right to rectification of the data,
• right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• right to restriction of processing,
• right to data portability,
• right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interest,
• right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),
• right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

7. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with providers that support us in running the website, handling submissions and contacting you — only to the extent necessary to fulfil the processing purposes. These are:

• the provider of the server infrastructure the website runs on — UW-TEAM.org Jakub Mrugalski (the Mikr.us service), servers in Finland,
• the email provider through which we send and receive form submissions — Apple Inc. (iCloud Mail),
• the provider of the tools we use to schedule and run remote meetings — Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (Google Workspace: Google Meet and Google Calendar),
• the provider of the services where we run ads and through which contacts and messages reach us — Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger); Meta also processes this data for its own purposes, as a separate controller,
• the analytics provider — Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (Google Analytics).

Data may also be disclosed to authorities entitled to request it under applicable law.

8. Transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

The servers the website runs on are located within the European Economic Area (Finland). Some of the providers we use are, however, based in the United States. This means your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to the following extent:

• data collected through analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — only after you have given your consent,
• the content of submissions sent through the registration form — because they reach us by email handled by a provider based in the United States,
• data related to a remote meeting on Google Meet — display name, email address, and the audio and video transmitted while the meeting lasts,
• the details from a contact form shown with our ad and the content of messages on Meta's services — because Meta Platforms Ireland Limited transfers data to its parent company in the United States.

Such transfers take place on the basis of mechanisms provided for in the GDPR: a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They're used to remember user preferences and to collect statistical data.

Which cookies we use

The AutomatykDomowy.pl website uses analytics cookies provided by Google Analytics (GA4). These cookies let us analyse how users interact with the site — in particular:

• the number of visits and unique users,
• traffic sources (where you arrived from),
• which pages are visited most often and how long visits last.

We do not use this data to identify individual people or to profile them for advertising. Google Analytics does, however, assign your browser an identifier stored in a cookie, which is why we collect this data only after you have given your consent.

In addition, if you switch the website language, we store a functional cookie that remembers your chosen language. It is necessary to display the website in that language, is not used for analytics or tracking, and does not require consent.

Managing cookies

On your first visit we show a banner informing you about the use of cookies. You can:

• accept cookies — in which case the Google Analytics scripts will load,
• reject cookies — in which case no analytics cookies will be set.

You can change your decision at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings. Independently of the banner, you can also manage cookies directly in your browser settings (blocking, deleting, restricting).

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy. We'll inform you about material changes via the website or by email.
