Through the waiting list form we collect the following data:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Role (e.g. installer, designer, interior architect, installation company, supplier)
  • Indicated areas of interest (features we ask about during registration)

3. Purpose of processing

We process your personal data in order to:

  • maintain the waiting list for access to the AutomatykDomowy.pl platform,
  • inform you about the platform launch and special terms for people on the list,
  • communicate about your interest in our service.

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your voluntary consent given by filling in and submitting the registration form,
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Controller's legitimate interest in marketing its own services.

5. Retention period

Your data will be stored until the platform launches and onboarding is complete, or — if you withdraw consent — until withdrawal. Data may be stored longer if required by the Controller's legal obligations.

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

  • right of access to your personal data,
  • right to rectification of the data,
  • right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
  • right to restriction of processing,
  • right to data portability,
  • right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),

7. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with entities that support the Controller in running its business, including hosting providers, email marketing tools and analytics systems — only to the extent necessary to fulfil the processing purposes.

Which cookies we use

The AutomatykDomowy.pl website only uses analytics cookies provided by Google Analytics (GA4). These cookies let us analyse how users interact with the site — in particular:

This data is anonymous and does not allow direct identification of the user.
